We're excited that you've decided to take the first step with us.
As part of getting to know you, we would like to invite you to participate in a pre-interview assessment.
Resumes and LinkedIn profiles are invaluable introductory tools, full of critical information about your skills and professional background, but they’re not particularly helpful in telling us much about your personality or what it might be like to work with you.
Obviously, a bunch of questions -no matter how clever- can’t convey who you really are, but we’ve found that by integrating this into our hiring process, we’re able to gain some valuable insights that paint a more textured picture of a prospective team-member so that by the time we meet for our first interview, we already have some sense of how well you might fit into the role and the team as a whole.
We’d also like to mention that this process is confidential and that the only people who will have access to your information are the specific senior team members who will be evaluating you for the position, and will not be shared with other employees in the company or accessible to anyone (or any company) outside of Zebu Animation Studios
Our selection process will be based on the following criteria:
- Preliminary Screening
- Resume & Portfolio that reflects your skills and experience
- Technical Test (Artistic background)
- A chat with Zebu's Panel
- HR Round
- BGV process.
Note: As the first step to submit the candidature to Zebu, the Applicants are required to fill the Application form, attach the required documents & complete the preliminary assessment. Please make sure to give yourself at least two hours to complete this process. If your session expires during your assessment, you will not be able to finish.
