Thank you for taking the time to participate in our recruitment process. At Zeraki, we use assessments to give candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their unique strengths and qualities in a way that is objective and unbiased, and that aligns with the requirements of the role.

To get the most from this experience, we ask that you complete all assessments independently, honestly, and candidly. Please ensure you are in a quiet environment, using a reliable device-preferably a laptop-with a strong internet connection and no distractions, so that you can perform at your best.

Later stages of the recruitment process will reference your assessment results to help us better understand your capabilities and preferences.

The assessment will comprise the following sections:

i) Application form which requires you to upload your resume and cover letter (approx. 10 mins)

ii) A 15-minute aptitude test.

iii) A 10-minute personality test.

iv) Approximately 30 minutes of recorded video responses to a set of interview prompts.
